Emil Marton

Polish Patent Attorney and professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)

Specializes in matters related to the grant and maintenance of patents for inventions in the field of mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, optics and biomedical engineering.

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. Completed studies at the Institute of Automatic Control and Robotics of the Faculty and is specialized in biocybernetics and biomedical engineering. He gained professional experience as a clinical engineer in a hospital in Warsaw. He worked for 6 months as a trainee service engineer in the Division of Medical Solutions at Siemens Sp. z o. o.

Completed post-graduate studies at the Industrial Property Law Department of the University of Warsaw.
