Maria Łozińska

Polish Patent Attorney and professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), Trainee European Patent Attorney, candidate for the European qualifying examination (EQE).

Specializes in the protection of solutions in the field of mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering and automatics. She is involved in the preparation and filing of patent applications (EP and PCT applications) and conducts litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office.

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechatronics, Institute of Automated Control and Robotics at the Warsaw University of Technology. Specialized in biocybernetics and biomedical engineering.

Completed post-graduate studies at the Industrial Property Law Department of the University of Warsaw.

Gained practical research experience , amongst others, at the Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and at the University of Twente in the Netherlands where she participated in project works on fetal magnetocardiography apparatus. She also worked as a clinical engineer in an eye surgery clinic.

Participated in the internship “PRAKTIKA INTERN 2” at the European Patent Office in Munich.

Member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

Member of the Polish AIPPI Group.

Joined POLSERVICE in 2007.
