Graduated from the Faculty of Biology, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, specialty in molecular biology. Conducted her scientific and research work during her PhD studies, Division of Food Sciences, Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS) in Olsztyn. Completed post-graduate studies, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw. Gained her professional experience in the Department of Chemistry and Biodynamics of Food, IAR&FR, PAS in Olsztyn, as well as during her scientific internships, including in IATA, Valencia, Spain. Worked also in the field of clinical studies on new drugs and therapies.
