Polish Legal Advisor. Polish Patent and Trademark Attorney. Professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Specializes in matters related to protection of trademarks and counteracting unfair competition. Represents clients in litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, in proceedings before administrative courts and in proceedings before common courts in cases related to the protection of intellectual property rights and counteracting unfair competition.

Prepares legal opinions and drafts agreements.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. Completed professional training for judges and in 2003 successfully passed the exam and qualified as a judge. Legal advisor since 2006.

Completed post-graduate studies at the Industrial Property Law Department of the University of Warsaw.

In 2005-2007 worked in the Legal Department of the Bureau of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.

Joined POLSERVICE in 2007.
