Lidia Żochowska-Walczak

Polish and European Patent and Trademark Attorney. Professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Specializes in matters related to the registration and protection of trademarks in Poland and abroad. Represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and Polish administrative, common and arbitration courts. She has extensive experience in trademark searches.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Completed postgraduate studies in the area of Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and in the area of British and European Law at the University of Cambridge Board of Continuing Education. Participated in a training course for mediators in the intellectual property disputes organized by WIPO in Geneva. 

She began her professional career as an expert in the Trademark Department of the Polish Patent Office. 

Member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).

Joined POLSERVICE 1997.
