Paweł Wac

Attorney-at-Law, Polish Patent and Trademark Attorney, Professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

He leads a team dealing with comprehensive protection of trademarks, trade names, Internet domains, combating unfair competition, customs protection and anti-counterfeiting activities. His team also deals with disputes, including patent and design disputes. 

He specializes in legal advice on industrial property, including matters related to obtaining, protecting, transferring and enforcing trademark rights, as well as combating unfair competition.

Represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), Polish administrative courts and common courts.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL). Also graduated from the American Law School at the Department of American Law at KUL and Chicago Kent College of Law as well as postgraduate studies on Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw. 

Joined POLSERVICE in 2005.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP), the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys (PIRP), the Warsaw Bar Association, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriete Intellectuelle (FIPCI) and Union of European Practitioners in Intellectual Property (UNION).
