Joined POLSERVICE in 2002. Trademark Department Deputy Manager since 2006. Additionally, coordinates work of the firm's legal team. Specializes in trademark and design registration, maintenance and protection, as well as in unfair competition matters, including litigation and anti-counterfeiting actions. Represents clients inter alia before the Polish Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), as well as administrative, civil and arbitration courts. Cooperates with customs and prosecution authorities.
Active member of various professional IP organizations: Chair of INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee - EU Subcommittee (term 2012-2014), Secretary of the Polish National Group of the Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), member of the AIPPI Special Committee Q212 - Trademark Law, member of the Legislation Committee of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, ex Vice-President of the Disciplinary Court of Appeal of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys (term 2005-2009).
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (summa cum laude). Completed Postgraduate Studies on Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw, Postgraduate Studies on Industrial Property Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Special Module on Community Trademarks (Magister Lvcentinvs) at the University of Alicante, Spain.
