Polish patent attorney. European patent attorney. Professional attorney before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Postgraduate European Integration studies at the Polish National School of Public Administration, postgraduate studies on Industrial Property at the Jagiellonian University and the Special Module on Community Trademarks (Magister Lvcentinvs) at the University of Alicante, Spain.
In 1997-1999 employed in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection where he specialized in the Polish and European competition law, consumer policy and administrative proceedings. In 1999-2000 he was Head of the Office of the National Council of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
Joined Polservice in 2000. Specializes in registration and protection of trademarks in Poland and abroad. Represents his clients inter alia before the Polish Patent Office, Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and Polish administrative and common courts.
