Polish patent attorney. European patent attorney. Professional attorney before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Postgraduate studies on Industrial Property Protection at the Jagiellonian University and Special Module on Community Trademarks in Alicante, Spain.

Joined Polservice in 2002. Specializes in trademark registration, protection and transfer of rights as well as in unfair competition cases. He is responsible for matters related to Internet domain names and protection of trademarks on the Internet.

Represents his clients inter alia before the Polish Patent Office, Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), Polish administrative, common and arbitration courts.
