	2008-04-11 The Central and Eastern European Seminar on IP and Competition Law - Hamburg 2008 On 3 and 4 April 2008, in the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, there was held the annual Central and Eastern European Seminar on IP and Competition Law, co-organized by the Polish, German and Ukrainian National Groups of AIPPI and the German-Polish Lawyers' Association (DPJV). During the Seminar, Bartosz Krakowiak, co-head of our Office's Trademark Department, gave a speech on the implementation of the Directive 2004/48/EC on the enforcement of intellectual property rights into Polish national law, expressing a number of critical comments on the solutions adopted by the Polish lawmakers. 	2006-01-01 A new firm with a long tradition Adjusting to the requirements of the bill of 11 April 2001 on patent attorneys, on 1 January 2006 our newly created POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office Ltd. took over all the activities of The Industrial Property Protection Office POLSERVICE.
