Our Office provides a complex service in the field of new plant variety protection:
  • registration of new plant varieties - drafting documentation and filing applications in order to obtain exclusive rights to the variety and/or entry in the register of varieties

  • monitoring of the examination process carried out by the Research Institute for Plant Varieties Testing and required for registration

  • monitoring of deadlines and payment of fees for examination and protection

  • drafting agreements including license and right transfer agreements
