Patent attorney since 1983. European patent attorney. Professional attorney before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).
Graduated from the Faculty of International Trade at the Central School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw. Completed post-graduate studies on Competition Law at the Jagiellonian University and law studies at the European School of Law and Administration. She participated in professional mediation training organized by WIPO in Geneva.
Joined Polservice in 1977. She represents Polish and foreign clients before the Polish Patent Office and gives advice on the protection of Polish trademarks abroad. Actively cooperates with foreign law offices and organizations and provides them with information on Polish regulations in the field of trademark protection and geographical indications (i.e. for Edital, Katzarov's Manual).
Member of AIPPI, Union, LES Poland, Council Member of ECTA.
Since 2004 she has been actively participating in the works of Geographical Indications Committee of INTA (International Trademark Association).
