Lidia Żochowska-Walczak
Polish and European Paten attorney. Professional attorney before the Office of Harmonization for the International Market (OHIM).
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Completed postgraduate studies in the area of Intellectual Property at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and in the area of British and European Law at the University of Cambridge Board of Continuing Education. Participated in a course for mediators in the intellectual property disputes organized by WIPO in Geneva.
She began her professional career as an expert in the Trademark Department of the Polish Patent Office.
Joined Polservice in 1997. Specializes in trademark registration, protection and transfer of rights, both in Poland and abroad. Represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, OHIM, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and Polish administrative, common and arbitration courts. Has a broad experience in the area of trademark searches.
Member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
