Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Milesh Gordhandas from the International Trademark Association Brussels Office and arranging a series of bilateral meetings with leading Polish brand owners, with the participation of Bartosz Krakowiak, former INTA Board Member and Management Board Member at POLSERVICE.

Bartosz, together with Sławomir Mazur, Co-Head of the Trademark and Legal Team, and Karolina Stępień-Porowska, member of the T&L Team, also attended the Policy Dialogue “From Threat to Action: Strengthening IP Crime Enforcement in Europe”, co-organized by INTA and PACA – Polish Anti-Counterfeiting Association and hosted at the offices of Baker McKenzie Polska.

Highlights included a keynote by Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska, President of the Polish Patent Office, and two engaging panel discussions moderated by Marcin Fijałkowski and Ewa Górnisiewicz-Kaczor, offering a valuable platform for exchanging knowledge on anti-counterfeiting practices in Poland.

Congratulations to everyone involved on the part of both associations – with particular thanks to Marcin Fijałkowski from PACA / Baker McKenzie and Fernando Díaz from INTA – for organizing such an interesting and well-executed event.
