We are very pleased to announce that our colleague Marta Kawczyńska is one of the co-authors of a new AIPPI Law Series book entitled “Antibody Patenting: A Practitioner's Guide to Drafting, Prosecution and Enforcement”. The book discusses current issues concerning patent protection of antibody inventions, from initial drafting and prosecution of applications to enforcement of patents, in a practice-oriented manner covering 23 different jurisdictions. Marta’s chapter deals with aspects of antibody patenting in Poland.
