We are proud to announce that Marta Kawczyńska, Chairwoman of Supervisory Board at POLSERVICE, and Wojciech Marciniak, Management Board Member and Head of Patent Team I, contributed as co-authors of the Polish chapter in the newly published Wolters Kluwer book “Experimental Use and Bolar Exemptions” (AIPPI Law Series).
Their chapter examines how Poland’s approach to these critical patent exceptions both aligns with and, in some cases, differs from practices in other jurisdictions. The publication provides a unique comparative analysis of how experimental use and Bolar exemptions are interpreted around the world.
