On 29 September 2026, GreenBioForum 2026 took place in Warsaw. The event was organized by Związek BioForum, of which POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office is a member. POLSERVICE was represented by Marta Kawczyńska, European and Polish patent attorney and Supervisory Board Chairwoman at the Office.
Marta delivered a presentation on building an effective IP protection strategy for microbial inventions and subsequently took part in the panel discussion **“Certification of Microbiological Products.”
Together with Michał Tracz, and moderated by Robert Mikulski, she discussed the safe market introduction of innovative products, including the intersection of intellectual property protection and regulatory requirements – from product classification under EU regulations and EFSA procedures to international patent protection.
