Wolters Kluwer Polska has published the report “Polish Lawyers before the CJEU,” which reviews the activity of Polish representatives before the Court of Justice of the European Union. The report includes specialists from POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office’s Trademark and Legal Team: advocate Karolina Pyszków, legal advisor and patent and trademark attorney Anna Skup, and legal advisor Wojciech Trybowski.

Their inclusion reflects their work representing clients in industrial property matters, including trademark cases.

The purpose of the report is to help entities whose cases identify experienced legal counsel in Poland for EU law matters and ensure high-quality representation.

We would like to thank the publisher for compiling the report and recognizing our lawyers. We also congratulate Anna, Karolina, and Wojciech on steadily building their experience in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
