On 23 June 2026, Warsaw hosted the International Trademark Association (INTA) “Integrating IP, Finance, and Valuation Workshop”, dedicated to the growing role of intellectual property and intangible assets in business valuation, investment decision-making, and corporate financing.
The event brought together experts from the fields of intellectual property, finance, business valuation, and public administration. The programme focused on practical aspects of identifying, valuing, and leveraging IP assets in business strategies and financing processes.
POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office actively contributed to the organisation and delivery of the workshop. Bartosz Krakowiak, Member of the Management Board of POLSERVICE, former member of the INTA Board of Directors (2019–2021), and current member of INTA’s Legislation and Regulation Committee, served as the host and emcee of the event.
POLSERVICE was also represented by Marta Kawczyńska, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Wojciech Marciniak, PhD, Member of the Management Board, and Berta Hodorowicz-Balińska, Marketing Specialist.
We are proud to have been part of this important initiative and to support the ongoing discussion on intellectual property as a strategic business asset and a key driver of innovation, growth, and investment.
