On 11–12 June, representatives of POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office attended the 2026 AIPPI Trilateral Seminar in Paris.
The seminar, organized by AIPPI France, AIPPI Germany and AIPPI Polska under the theme “All Senses of IP”, brought together IP professionals from across Europe to exchange views on current developments in intellectual property.
POLSERVICE was represented by Bartosz Krakowiak, our Member of the Management Board and President of AIPPI Polska, Marta Kawczyńska, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at POLSERVICE and Vice President of AIPPI Polska, and Wojciech Marciniak, PhD, Member of the Management Board at POLSERVICE and Member of AIPPI Polska.
As President of AIPPI Polska, Bartosz Krakowiak delivered the welcome speech alongside the Presidents of AIPPI Germany and AIPPI France.
Across the two days, discussions covered a wide range of topics: from the protection of fragrances and flavours, to the evolving role of generative AI in copyright and innovation, as well as recent developments in the Unified Patent Court (UPC), trade secrets, and approaches to cross-border IP dispute resolution.
