Representatives of POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office attended the 2026 Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association, held this year in London. The event brought together intellectual property professionals, brand owners, policymakers, and legal experts from around the world to discuss key developments shaping the future of IP protection and enforcement.

During the conference, our attorneys took part in a series of meetings and discussions focused on current regulatory trends, international cooperation, and practical challenges affecting trademark and trade secret protection. The programme also included committee sessions dedicated to ongoing advocacy initiatives and legislative developments within the global IP framework.

An important moment of this year’s meeting was a discussion featuring Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska, President of the Polish Patent Office, who presented the Polish perspective on contemporary intellectual property matters in an international context.

POLSERVICE was represented at the event by:

  • Bartosz Krakowiak – Management Board Member, former INTA Board of Directors member, and current member of the INTA Legislation and Regulation Committee
  • Marta Kawczyńska – Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board and member of the INTA Trade Secrets Committee
  • Paweł Wac – Head of Trademark and Legal Team

We thank all clients, colleagues, and partners for the valuable meetings and conversations held during the event and look forward to continuing these discussions at next year’s INTA Annual Meeting in San Diego.
