Bartosz Krakowiak, Management Board Member at POLSERVICE, attended the ECTA Autumn Meeting held in Porto on 15–16 October 2026.
As Vice Chair of ECTA’s Anticounterfeiting Committee, Bartosz co-led the Committee meeting alongside its Chair, Stoyan Sirakov, and Secretary, Zsófia Fulajtár. He also participated in the meeting of ECTA’s EUIPO-Link Committee.
The discussions addressed key developments in intellectual property enforcement, including the work of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) Observatory on Infringements of IP Rights, the reform of the Union Customs Code and the evaluation of EU customs enforcement rules.
The next ECTA Annual Meeting will take place in Sorrento, followed by the Autumn Meeting in Maastricht in 2027.
