The 45th/50th Seminar of Higher Education Patent Attorneys took place in Cedzyna near Kielce on 21–25 September 2026. POLSERVICE was pleased to once again support the event as a partner. For many years, the Seminar has provided an important forum for exchanging knowledge and experience in the field of intellectual property protection.
The event brought together patent attorneys and other IP representatives, university representatives working in the areas of innovation and technology transfer, judges from intellectual property courts, representatives of the Polish Patent Office and members of the business community.
POLSERVICE was represented by Bartosz Krakowiak, Management Board Member and patent and trademark attorney, and Kacper Romaniec, patent and trademark attorney from the Trademark & Legal Team.
As part of the Seminar, Bartosz Krakowiak, in his capacity as President of AIPPI Poland, also took part in a panel discussion devoted to the enforcement of intellectual property rights in the pharmaceutical sector. The panel provided an opportunity to discuss practical and current challenges related to IP enforcement in this highly regulated field.
We would like to thank Dr Alicja Adamczak, former long-serving President of the Polish Patent Office and former President of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, for the invitation and for the opportunity to once again meet with experts working in the field of intellectual property protection.
We also thank all participants for the valuable discussions and exchange of experience on current issues concerning the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
