We can proudly announce that, as in previous years, POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office has received a golden award in the international WTR 1000 ranking organized by World Trademark Review. Upon receiving this award, we have once again been included among the top firms dealing with the protection of trademarks in Poland.
Sławomir Mazur, a patent attorney working in our Office, wrote an article which was published in today's edition of "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna", in the supplement “Moja firma” [My company].
The December issue of the monthly magazine "Automatyka” [Automation] published another article by our colleague, Oliwia Czarnocka – a patent attorney working in our Office. This time, the article looks at issues related to the management of intellectual property by way of licensing agreements.
Now it is our great satisfaction to announce that our colleague Bartosz Krakowiak, the Deputy Manager of the Trademark Department POLSERVICE KRP, was awarded the "INTA's Volunteer Service Award 2016" in the category of "Advancement of Trademark Law".
This year's edition of "IPPro The Annual" published an article by Sławomir Mazur, a patent attorney working in Office, reporting on the new procedures for the examination of trademarks and conducting opposition proceedings in Poland.
On 17 October, a next meeting with the Patent Examiners from the European Patent Office took place, which was hosted by our Office. The meeting was opened once again by Mr. Andrzej Ponikiewski, the President of the Management Board. This time, Ms. Magdalena Augustyniak, a Polish and European patent attorney employed in our Office, co-hosted the event.
