On 2-5 September 2015, International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) is having a congress in Tallinn. This year’s second issue of “Biotechnologia” quarterly presents an article by our colleague Marta Kawczyńska on the patenting of biotechnological and biomedical inventions. Marta Kawczyńska is a Polish and European patent attorney who specializes is cases concerning inventions in the fields of biotechnology, genetics, pharmacy and biomedicine.
