Polservice participated in EPO Patent Information Conference

On 4-6 November 2014, EPO Patent Information Conference, an international event organized in cooperation with the Polish Patent Office, was held in Warsaw. Polservice was represented by patent attorneys Wojciech Marcinak and Emil Marton. The company also had its stand at the exhibition area where our representative had the pleasure of meeting conference participants as well as our present and potential clients

Our representatives took part in the AIPPI Congress in Toronto

AIPPI 2014 World Intellectual Property Congress took place between 14 and 17 September 2014 in Toronto. It was attended by two representatives of POLSERVICE: Andrzej Ponikiewski (President of the Board at POLSERVICE and AIPPI Member of Honour) and Bartosz Krakowiak (Trademark Department Deputy Manager at POLSERVICE and President of the Polish Group of AIPPI). During the Congress Bartosz Krakowiak, inter alia, moderated the workshop on use of survey evidence in trademark cases.

An expert panel discussion of the advantages and problems related to the protection of intellectual property was published in September supplement to "Rzeczpospolita" daily. One of the experts was our colleague Oliwia Czarnocka, patent attorney. She presented information on ways to protect entrepreneurs’ intellectual property.

We are pleased to announce that the General Meeting of Shareholders of Polservice Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office has adopted a resolution on the basis of which ten new Partners have taken up shares of the company.
