We are proud to announce that Polservice Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office has won a CRISTAL HEART auctioned off during the 19th Grand Finale of The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. The Cristal Heart was donated by our colleague, Piotr Kościelniakowski. Mr.Koscielniakowski has received this honour from the Red Cross for being a superblood donor. This award is granted to the most generous blood donors.
On 4-19 September,the IX "SINFONIA VARSOVIA SWOJEMU MIASTU" Festival in memoriam Franciszek Wybrańczyk was held in Warsaw. During the festival Polserivce Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office was honoured with a statue for longstanding support for statutory activities of Sinfonia Varsovia.
In this year's edition of "WTR -Anti-counterfeiting 2010 - A Global Guide” there appeared an article on the legal aspects of anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy measures in Poland. The article was written by our colleagues Mr. Bartosz Krakowiak, patent and trademark attorney and Mr. Slawomir Mazur, patent and trademark attorney trainee.
Our colleague Mrs Marta Kawczyńska, a patent attorney specialized in biotechnology, genetics, pharmacy and biomedicine, is the author of an article on supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) for pharmaceutical products in Poland. The article was published by Globe White Page in the 2010 issue of the IP Value yearbook.
Polservice has again been ranked among the top tier IP firms dealing with patent prosecution in the 2010 issue of Managing Intellectual Property, a leading branch magazine. The ranking was prepared on the basis of information received from leading branch firms worldwide.
Polservice Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office co-organized the IX Sinfonia Varsovia Swojemu Miastu Festival in memoriam of Franciszek Wybrańczyk, held on 30.08-13.09.2009 to mark the orchestra’s 25th anniversary. We also had a pleasure to be one of the sponsors of art grants for young, gifted artists.
