On 7 December 2007 took place a ceremony of handing the awards in the V Competition for a scientific desidertation and poster in the field of industrial property, organized by the Polish Patent Office.
We are pleased to advise you that our Office is an official Sponsor of the II International Conference On Law of New Technologies, to be held on 11-12 May, 2007, in Gdańsk.
The Conference has been organized by the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Gdańsk and the American Chicago-Kent College of Law.
June 2006 the annual conference of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA) took place in Warsaw attended also by us.
On the evening before opening the conference POLSERVICE organized a reception for the friends and clients of the firm. We were proud to present our office to the guests. The participants could enjoy the Polish food and drinks as well as a music played by a string quartet. The reception ended late evening.

On 8 February 2006 the Enlarged Board of the Supreme Administrative Court stated that Art. 33 of TRIPS Agreement is self-executed in Polish law system and patent protection cannot be shorter than 20 years.
Adjusting to the requirements of the bill of 11 April 2001 on patent attorneys, on 1 January 2006 our newly created POLSERVICE Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office Ltd. took over all the activities of The Industrial Property Protection Office POLSERVICE.
