Polservice IP Professionals elected to epi Council

We are pleased to announce that our colleagues Magdalena Augustyniak, Marta Kawczyńska i Alicja Rogozińska were re-elected to the epi Council.

Epi (the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office) is a professional body representing all European Patent Attorneys from each of the 39 Contracting States of the European Patent Convention who work either in industry or in private practice. Our colleagues will represent in the works of the epi Council all European Patent Attorneys from Poland.

WTR 1000 ranking released!

We are happy to see a new edition of the WTR 1000 ranking published by World Trademark Review. As in the previous years, our firm has been awarded the gold band in the prosecution and strategy category and the silver band in the enforcement and litigation. Revolution in the European patent system – unitary patent

Our colleague Marta Kawczyńska is the author of an article published on the main pages of e-newspapers Gazeta Wyborcza and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and at www.poradnikbiznesu.info. The article is part of the campaign “Edukator przedsiębiorcy” [Entrepreneur Educator] and presents information about the upcoming changes in the European system of patent protection, which will result in a unitary patent.

Anna Stopińska-Ślefarska and Bartosz Krakowiak awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit

We are proud and happy to announce that Anna Stopińska-Ślefarska, our President of the Board, and Bartosz Krakowiak, Member of the Board, were awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland at the request of the President of the Polish Patent Office - Urząd Patentowy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, on the initiative of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys – Polska Izba Rzeczników Patentowych.
