Specializes in matters concerning protection of trademarks and actions against unfair competition.

Represents clients in litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, in proceedings before administrative courts and in proceedings before common courts in cases related to the protection of intellectual property and unfair competition. Prepares opinions and drafts agreements.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin, Poland. Completed professional training for judges and in 2003 successfully passed the exam and qualified as a judge. Registered on the list of Legal Advisors since 2006.

Completed post-graduate studies at the Industrial Property Law Department of the University of Warsaw.

In 2005-2007 worked in the Legal Department of the Bureau of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.

Joined POLSERVICE in 2007.
