Polish Patent and Trademark Attorney. Professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Specializes in matters related to trademark registration and protection, transfer and enforcement of trademarks, including unfair competition cases. He is also responsible for anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting matters. He represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), administrative and common courts and other authorities. He cooperates with customs authorities and law enforcement authorities.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. As a beneficiary of the Socrates/Erasmus programme he studied at the University of Zaragoza in Spain. He completed a course on American law organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk in collaboration with Chicago Kent Collage of Law. Postgraduate studies on Industrial Property Law at the University of Warsaw.
Member of the Polish National Group of the Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Member of the INTA Anticounterfeiting Committee (ACC Western Europe Subcommittee).
