Specializes in industrial property law, competition law, copyright law, commercial law, civil law and media law.
Prepares opinions and drafts contracts with clients, statements of claims and other legal documents. Handles the Office’s debt collection. Conducts court and administrative proceedings.
He has gained extensive professional experience from his work as legal advisor in a number of Polish and international companies, including legal departments of TVN S.A. broadcasting company and Polish public TV, and as an arbitrator in the Main Arbitration Commission of the State Economic Arbitration Institution in Poland.
He was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Regional Broadcasting Station of Polskie Radio RDC.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Completed postgraduate studies on the legal aspects of international trade at the University of Warsaw and post-graduate studies in the area of copyright, publishing , press and competition law at the Jagiellonian University of Kraków. Completed post-graduate courses on British and European law (University of Cambridge) and American law.
Member of AIPPI and Board Member of the Polish Group of AIPPI.
