Ewa Balińska

Polish Patent Attorney since 1985, European Patent Attorney and professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Specializes in proceedings for the grant of patents, rights of protection for utility models and registration of industrial designs in Poland and abroad. As a professional representative before the Polish Patent Office, the European Patent Office and the International Bureau of WIPO she deals in particular with matters concerning prosecution of patents related to the construction of mechanical devices and process apparatus, engineering technology and technological processes.

Graduated with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Precision Engineering (currently the Faculty of Mechatronics) at the Warsaw University of Technology, specialized in bio-medical engineering. Worked at a research and development centre of the dairy and food production industry.

Joined POLSERVICE in 1998.
