Mateusz Prządka

Polish and European Patent Attorney and professional attorney before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Specializes in issues related to mechanics, materials engineering, technology, and computer-implemented inventions. Conducts patent searches, including freedom-to-operate (FTO) and patentability (PA) searches. Assesses infringement risks, drafts patent specifications, and files applications with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP), the European Patent Office (EPO), and under the PCT procedure. Handles application proceedings, preparing responses to reports from the UPRP and the EPO. Also involved in initiating national and regional phases under the PCT procedure and validating European patents in Poland. Represents clients in litigation matters and drafts legal opinions.

Graduated from the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in Advanced Functional Materials.

Gained professional experience as a technical specialist at a company in the plastics processing industry. From 2019 to 2025, he worked at a patent law firm, where he developed his expertise in industrial property protection as a patent specialist, patent attorney trainee, and finally as a patent attorney.

Joined POLSERVICE in 2025.
