We offer services related to the protection of new plant varieties in Poland and in the European Union, including:

  • filing new plant varieties
  • preparing application documents and filing new plant varieties to obtain the exclusive right to a plant variety and/or entry in the register of new plant varieties
  • monitoring the examination of submitted plant varieties in Centralny Ośrodek Badania Odmian Roślin Uprawnych (COBORU) - the Research Centre for Cultivar Testing
  • monitoring deadlines and paying fees for examination and renewal
  • drafting agreements, including licence agreements and agreements on the transfer of rights to new plant varieties
