A patentability/registrability search makes it possible to assess the chances of a given solution to be granted the exclusive right.

A Freedom-to-Operate Search (FTO) allows determining whether the use of a given solution involves the risk of a potential infringement of the exclusive rights of the holder of a patent, utility model or industrial design.
