POLSERVICE is again one of the organizers of the INTA's Pre-Annual Meeting reception

On 10 March 2014 , INTA'S Pre- Annual Meeting Reception will be held at the Westin hotel in Warsaw . It is the fourth time that Polservice is one of the organizers of the event. Every year, such receptions are held locally in the member countries worldwide and precede the annual meeting of INTA, the largest association of trademark professionals in the world. This year, Hong Kong will host the INTA meeting in May and, as previously, the event will be attended by POLSERVICE representatives.

POLSERVICE at VI Forum ACPI in Lisbon

POLSERVICE representative Mr. Bartosz Krakowiak attended the VI Forum ACPI in Lisbon, 12 February 2014. He was a special guest of the President of ACPI, an organisation affiliating Portuguese patent attorneys and lawyers who specialise in protection of intellectual property. Mr. Bartosz Krakowiak with colleagues from Portugal and Spain participated in a panel devoted to the so-called EU Patent Package (his presentation was entitled "The EU Patent Package - how Poland changed its tune").

In keeping with annual tradition, an article of our patent attorney has been published in IP Value 2014

It has already become a tradition that our patent attorneys prepare yearly articles for IP Value, a leading branch magazine published by IAM (Intellectual Asset Management). This years' edition IP Value 2014 presents an article by our patent attorney Dr Marciniak on the so-called "Bolar exemption" permitting the use of a patented invention within the scope necessary to obtain market authorization.
