Our colleague Marta Kawczyńska, Polish and European patent attorney, is the author of an article on the protection of inventions in the field of biotechnology and biomedicine, which has been included in the guide.

On 4-6 November 2014, EPO Patent Information Conference, an international event organized in cooperation with the Polish Patent Office, was held in Warsaw. Our representatives took part in the AIPPI Congress in Toronto

AIPPI 2014 World Intellectual Property Congress took place between 14 and 17 September 2014 in Toronto. It was attended by two representatives of POLSERVICE: Andrzej Ponikiewski (President of the Board at POLSERVICE and AIPPI Member of Honour) and Bartosz Krakowiak (Trademark Department Deputy Manager at POLSERVICE and President of the Polish Group of AIPPI). During the Congress Bartosz Krakowiak, inter alia, moderated the workshop on use of survey evidence in trademark cases.

An expert panel discussion of the advantages and problems related to the protection of intellectual property was published in September supplement to "Rzeczpospolita" daily. One of the experts was our colleague Oliwia Czarnocka, patent attorney. She presented information on ways to protect entrepreneurs intellectual property.

Our Company Welcomes New Partners
